Overpayment Processing Errors Rate Topic Display Mode Topic Options Author Message maurice2009 Posted 2/5/2010 11:16:39 AM Forum Newbie Group: Forum Members Last Login: 2/22/2010 3:05:40 PM Posts: 3, Visits: 3 Maybe something could be done with the overpayment processing errors.  It seems that Atlas does not recognize the difference between a state refund and a Federal refund.  When they are summed together if usually equals more that the Federal refund causing an overpayment error which then seems to delay the check printing.
