If you are transmitting from efi on multiple machines where EFI was installed as a stand alone, It will cause you too experience multiple problems that may affect more than just your office! If your office is setup this way please stop transmitting from both machines. You should only be transmitting from two different machines if you were setup with multiple mailbox’s and dealer codes. Offices that are setup this way can cause the delay of not only your client returns but other offices returns threw out the country. If your office is determined to be setup this way the returns that you transmitted will be rejected and your account will be temporally disabled until your office is setup correctly. If you are experiencing problems with receiving acks back and you have EFI installed as a standalone on both machines.. this will cause acks that were sent on one machine to get downloaded to the other machine where the return WAS NOT sent from. The only way you should be transmitting from multiple machine is a NETWORK Install of EFI. A network install of EFI will share the same database where all the returns are sent from and all the acks will be delivered too. If your office is NOT setup this way, STOP transmitting from the other machine’s.
